What Revit MEP Fundamentals is all about! The class introduces students to the software’s user interface and the basic HVAC,  electrical, and piping/plumbing components that make Revit MEP a powerful  engineering modeling tool. It also familiarizes students with the necessary  tools to create, document, and print their Revit MEP models. The examples are  designed to take the student through the basics of a full Revit MEP project.  From linking in an architectural model all the way to the creation of MEP  construction documents. To take full advantage of BIM (Building Information  Modeling), the class has been designed to teach the concepts and principles  of creating 3D parametric models for MEP systems.

 

What you need to know before. This course is designed for the Microsoft Windows user who possesses little or no  working knowledge of Revit MEP. However, it’s recommended that the student  have experience and/or knowledge in MEP engineering.

  • Class hours are 8:30am-5:00pm daily.
  • 64-bit Dell laptop  is supplied.
  • Autodesk Training  Guide (ATG) is supplied.
